ABVTEX

To make accession to the Qualification Program of Retail Suppliers – ABVTEX, your company (whether supplier or subcontractor) shall print, fill in and sign the following documents and send them to the Qualification Body, chosen by your company for the audit performance:

- Supplier or Subcontractor’s participation term, by formalizing its agreement with the Program conditions. The signed Term shall be sent by e-mail (scanned with the signature) or by mail.

- Solicitation form of qualification, with basic information about your company, enabling the qualification body to prepare a proposal for the audit fulfillment.

- Subcontractors’ list, which must be filled in by the supplier and physically forwarded to the Qualification Body before the scheduled date for the audit.

- Subcontractors’list alteration

This document must be filled in an electronic format, printed, signed and with certified signature. Handwritten documents will not be accepted. The supplier shall keep this record always updated, within its company, in electronic format.
